We do not offer returns or exchanges. If your product is damaged upon arrival, you have 24 hours within receipt of the item to send a photo of its damaged condition. This policy applies because we cannot identify the cause of any damages past this 24 hour mark, as we cannot verify the level of care each customer has given to their items.
If your item is deemed as damaged, you will be sent a return shipping label and a new product will be shipped to you. You cannot keep or use the damaged item, it must be returned in un-used condition. This does not happen often, but we put this policy here in the rare case that it does.
If you do not like your item, we suggest that you re-sell it. We no longer assist in re-selling items.
We DO NOT accept any returns for any reason for shoes!
Please note that if you pay using the credit card link, if for any reason you qualify for a refund, we cannot process that refund directly to your card. You will need to provide us with an alternative option to send the payment, such as Zelle or Apple Pay.
