Vachetta is an untreated cowhide, meaning it hasn't been dyed or treated. Staying in a natural state allows untreated leather to age naturally and develop what's called a patina: a sheen of oils and other elements from the environment that darken the vachetta leather. Many people love the way this honey color looks on their bags, so we've made it an option for you all to add a slight patina to your bag before its shipped to you for an extra cost. ONLY AVAILABLE FOR MONO + AZUR PRINT.

If you decide not to add level 1 patina to your bag, thats completely fine! Your bag will still age naturally over time as you wear it. If you decide you want to patina it faster, we recommend applying olive oil & letting the bag sit out in the sun for a few hours. 

Hot stamping is when hot foil is pressed into the vachetta leather. This can be done in a variety of colors and you can do symbols as well. Please see the options below. This service starts at 10USD/item, color does not impact price.
